Fairly clean hotel, excellent staff & favourable location to other tourist spots in the area. Absolutely superb and excellent breakfast with big plates, pastries and also generous portions, fairly priced...

Lovely welcome by staff, modern clean room, good food,
Good full english brealfast, just felt the breakfast buffet table looked uninviting... Danish pastries did not look fresh, Cheese and Ham looked dry. Everything else excellent would certainly visit again.

Neat and airy rooms with very comfy bed, coffee, complimentary water & bottle of Ale, smart staff. Unbeatable and handy location, 15 minutes' walk to St John. From the bus stop 5 minutes on foot.

And the nearby Tice's Meadow Nature Reserve was a amazing spot for a leisurely stroll among picturesque views. As a single traveler, having the lovely Farnham Park Adventure Play Park just a short walk away was perfect for enjoying nature and the hustle of the city.

Friendly, helpful staff. For a one night business stay all my needs were met and I didn't feel I was paying for a lot of extras that someone staying for a longer leisure break might enjoy.
Outside walk (though short) from restaurant to rooms, no room service.

The room was modern, clean and tidy and the breakfast exceptional! I was most impressed with the adjoining Princess Royal pub/restaurant, where the staff were exceptionally good, and as was the ambience in the pub

The room had complimentary drinks, a nice touch. Wi-Fi was slow and frustrating. Great for cyclists, with local trails nearby.

The decor was charming and elegant. It was also easy to navigate with my walking aid, a great help .
More variety in menu options would be nice.

The room was large and up-to-date. Everything was very clean. There was a reasonable restaurant attached to the hotel. It was also within easy range to return our rental car at Heathrow. We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly welcoming staff. Also the room was good size.
The window in our room which was on the ground floor, we were not able to open much. Would have preferred the fresh air instead of the air conditioning unit going during the night.
